1. Services

Coach Creative provides video editing services to fitness coaches and online coaches on a monthly retainer basis. The scope of work is agreed upon before the retainer begins and outlined in your service agreement.

2. Payment

Retainer fees are billed monthly and are due in advance before work begins for that period. Failure to pay on time may result in work being paused until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if payment remains outstanding.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to do our job, you agree to provide the following in a timely manner:

• Raw footage (A-roll and B-roll)

• Brand assets (logos, brand colours, fonts and supporting imagery)

• Clear feedback during the revision process

Delays in providing materials may affect turnaround times. Coach Creative is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by late delivery of assets.

4. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions on all projects. Revision requests must be consolidated and communicated clearly. We ask that feedback is specific to help us turn edits around quickly.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. In short: full refunds are available before work begins. No refunds once editing has started.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final edited content transfers to the client. Coach Creative reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your footage, brand assets, and business information as confidential. We will not share your raw materials with any third party without your consent.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coach Creative is not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of our edited content, including but not limited to loss of revenue, engagement, or business opportunity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
