Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before we've started on your project, you're entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

After Work Has Started

Once editing has begun, we do not offer refunds. This is because time, resource, and creative work has already been allocated to your project. What we will do is see the work through to a result you're happy with, however many revision rounds that takes.

How to Request a Refund

If work hasn't started and you'd like a refund, get in touch via hello@coachcreative.co.uk and we'll process it promptly.
